Applications are hereby invited from suitably qualified candidates to be trained as Flight Services Officers.


Qualification and Experience


1st Degree or equivalent in relevant fields not below second class lower.

Relevant professional certifications, e.g., IATA DGR Training, Flight Dispatch Training, Supervising Load Control training is a clear advantage.

Thorough knowledge of aviation and ground handling regulations, safety requirements and procedures are essential.

Good communications and presentation skills.

Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.

Key Responsibilities 


Ensures aircraft is loaded in full compliance with the loading instruction.

Liaises with Airlines to collect relevant flight information.

Reports all discrepancies associated with the accuracy of weight and balance figures to the customer airline.

Ensures effective unloading/loading, cleaning, and baggage handling operations to facilitate quick turnaround of aircrafts.

Conducts damage check around the aircraft before positioning of equipment and/or push back.

Ensures that loading and offloading are carried out safely and on time.
